Things Are Changing at Spectrum Holistic Health!

Effective November 30, 2024,I am closing my present office in Calhoun, Georgia. I still will be doing my best to help people to heal, but I will be doing so in a couple of different ways.

What does that mean?

First of all, I will be focusing on telehealth or distance work with Reiki, EFT/tapping, sound therapy, and meditation. This will be over the phone or through a computer video connection.

Secondly, I will be offering occasional Sound Baths, Meditation classes, and other services at local venues, rather than at the offices I presently occupy.

Why the changes?

Telehealth: People are busy. That’s a fact. Because of that, many people are eager to use methods of improving their health that do not involve needing to leave home. Maybe they work from home. Maybe they don’t have a way to get into town, or live at such a distance from town that driving in is a burden. And I can offer telehealth at night, after people have finished their normal day-to-day, and they just don’t want to leave the house again.

Different venues for services: My present offices are very nice for one-on-one work, but they really are not suitable for groups participating in such things as Sound Baths or classes. Being crowded distracts people from whatever benefits they are trying to get from what is offered, and I want clients to get the full benefits of whatever service they are receiving.

What will the hours be?

Since I will not be required to drive into town to my office to perform telehealth work, I can be much more flexible with the times. I will have a schedule, of course, but when necessary (and if I don’t have a conflict) it will be easier for me to make arrangements that may fit more with my client’s schedule.

Of course, such things as classes or sound baths will be arranged at different times, in advance, and directions to the venue posted and published in time for everyone to make arrangements.

Is Telehealth effective?

Absolutely! Energy work has been shown to be effective when the client is right in front of the therapist, across the room, or across the country. And EFT/tapping and meditation for the most part, rely upon the client listening and following instruction–which easily happens through the phone and often even more easily with a video connection.
